Hope for Paws is a rescue group stationed in California, and they just performed one of their most amazing rescues yet. Eldad Hagar, the founder of the group, found out about a pit bull named Eden who was living on the streets. He and his team went to save her. At first, though, she ran. She was terrified of humans, and it took a long time to catch her so that they could try to calm her down.
Eldad used a broomstick as a fake arm to start petting Eden, and soon after used his real hand. She calmed down immediately. Once at the vet, she was all snuggles and love — possibly for the first time in her life. She finally feels safe in the world, and she even has a doggy friend at the shelter who’s named Jack Potts.
The next step is to get Eden adopted into a loving home. If you or anyone you know is willing to give her a second chance, please contact Chews Life for more information. Share away, people.
